RingOps tracks per-fighter sparring gear (headgear, mouthpiece, 16oz gloves, shin guards, cup). Each item has an acquired date and optional expiration — mouthpieces typically renew annually, headgear ~24 months.
Sparring class check-in verifies that every required item is present and unexpired. A fighter missing gear or with an expired mouthpiece is blocked at the door until it's updated.
